2. Our products
We sell live cattle in Packages (Package 1 to Package 10) at the prices shown on our website. Because each animal is a living creature, please note:

  • Photos are for illustration. The animal delivered may differ slightly in colour, markings, size or appearance from the photo.
  • Weight, size and age are estimates unless we state otherwise in writing.
  • Each Package is a category at a set price, not a guarantee of one specific animal, unless we confirm a specific animal with you in writing.

3. Orders and acceptance
An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it by [info@parricow.com / +234 (0) 906 009 7875] and receive [full payment]. We may decline or cancel an order if an animal is unavailable, in which case we will refund any payment you have made in full.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices may change at any time, but a confirmed order is honoured at the price agreed at confirmation.
  • Payment methods accepted: [bank transfer / card ].
  • Delivery, handling and any extra services (such as slaughter or processing) are charged separately unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery and collection

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates. Delays can occur because of traffic, weather, road restrictions or festive-season demand, and we will keep you informed.
  • You or your representative must be available to receive the animal. If no one is available, extra charges may apply, or we may reschedule.

6. Health and inspection
We take reasonable steps to supply healthy animals [add if true: “inspected by a veterinarian / health-checked before sale”]. 8. Events and time-sensitive orders
If you are ordering for a wedding, funeral, naming ceremony, festival or other dated event, tell us the date when you order and book early. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but we are not liable for losses linked to the event itself (such as venue costs or catering) beyond the value of your order.

9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including disease outbreaks, livestock movement restrictions, government orders, severe weather, civil unrest, road closures or transport strikes. Where this happens, we will offer a new delivery date or a refund.

10. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate order and delivery information, to treat the animal humanely, and to follow the law on handling, transport and slaughter of livestock.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not remove any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

12. Privacy
